O livro visa os marceneiros americanos e por isso as dimensões das peças são em polegadas e/ou frações. Considero que a obra tem uma excelente relação custo benefício.

Matthew Wright: This book is in pristine condition, not the fault of the seller, however the author left out a lot of the dimensions in the drawings, and could use more information. The book in itself is something every pro and hobbyists can certainly gain from having in their library.

Krisla Berreth: This book has an extension list of craftsman furniture. The drawings are very detailed showing all the basic Contruction and also include a materials list. There are no instructions so if you cannot build from drawings this may not be helpful to you. Its nice to have all the dimensions rather then trying to figure them out from a picture. It also have detailed drawings of all the period inlays if you are looking to make a replica item. Well worth the money. You would typically pay more then the price of the book for a single plan and here you get 61 plans

Brent A Vecchi: For those who just want a reference for craftsman furniture, this is great. If you are looking for plans that you can follow to build a piece of furniture you CANNOT build directly from this. For instance, the No. 416 Prairie Chair is riddled with errors. Intersecting tenons, cushion representations are different between drawings, numbers are transcribed wrong (13/16" is called out as 1 3/16" or 10 15/16" is called out as 101 5/16") and that's just this one piece. Don't get me wrong, this has been helpful. But if I weren't taking the time to make my own drawings I would have wasted tons of material, time and patience.

Saarno Timo: I bought the hardcover version. I have to say that thus book is a bible of craftsman furniture. Good pictures and detailed drawings with all measures.

Vijay kunchum: A book to enrich one's experience of wood working. The history of craftsman furniture helps one understand the philosophy that went into making this type of furniture. Very well written book.

RCA: This book is a great resource. I’m building a library table similar to one of the tables featured in the book. Confirmed a few dimensions and got some ideas. After reading other reviews I think it is worth emphasizing that this is a book of shop drawings. It is not a complete set of build plans for each piece. If you are designing your own piece, this book will help you with key dimensions and design features. It will not give you a paint by numbers guide for building each piece.
