Jay Saltzman III: Not really the best quality, the mesh that keeps the carbon filler in rips pretty easily. Works though for the price. I clean mine every week with the tank.

Zephyr: Maybe I'm daft, but I've been using these things for about 6 years now (love them - they keep my 3 striped mud turtle & stinkpot/musk turtle tanks nice & clean), but I just realized that those clips on the top of the bags actually come off. What their description doesn't say is that you can take the plastic "skeleton" insert out, turn the whole thing inside out & wash it. Do this over a bowl though, the little black carbon pellets will come out - which means you can replace those & save a ton of money. Instead of replacing the whole filter every 4 weeks like they suggest, wash it out, and only replace it when the bag is falling apart.
