Aaron M.: This tank has everything needed for a starter tank. I would advise to check the contents. The tank on my first order had a hairline crack. I returned and shipped a replacement, which resolved my problem. After two days, I’m noticing the water appears cloudy. I’m wondering if the pump is strong enough? I have only fed my turtles four pellets. I will keep an eye on it as I might switch to a different pump. Other than that, my baby turtles love their new home.

Nicole: The filter system stopped working within the 1st few weeks. We were very disappointed with this. The tank looks great with all of the pieces that came with it, however - it does NOT work!!! We were so very disappointed to spend this much money on a product that proved to be garbage.

Jonathan: I received a not-working UV light bulb and reported the issue right away, but didn't get any response within 3 days.
The size info in (cm) is completyly wrong, it says Item dimensions L x W x H 86.2 x 40.2 x 44.9 centimeters, while it actually is much smaller.
As this product includes many items, and only one of them doesn't work, I don't want to repalce all of them or return it just because of one. But that doesn't mean my issues not deserving handling.
Very bad experience for this purchase, actually the worest for me.
Think about the vendor before you buy it!
