Nicsnake: Works as expected with strong output and many different modes. Also nice to have extra pads and the option of using 6 pads simultaneously. Only complaint is that its battery indicator isn’t quite working - it’d show full battery all the way and then all of a sudden ran out of power. But it’s something I can live with given the price.

So i Figured why the hell not Ill buy one for home to Incase I need it. And Yall it is amazing my Husband uses it for his knees( boxing accident years ago took a chip out of his knee) Best Purchase Ever.

D. McMillon: Many years ago I considered buying a professional TENS unit priced near $1000 after a few sessions at my physical therapist's office. I mentioned this a couple of weeks ago to my PT and he said I could get one these days that is just as effective from Amazon under $30. I said "whaaaaat?!?!" Using his pc, he showed me with a quick search on Amazon that these portable consumer units have been available for a while now. Wow!

After searching and comparing a few units on my own, I decided to buy this one by Hoday and I am happy with the purchase. It came well-packaged with clear instructions. Tried it out the moment I received it and found it to be just as effective as the professional units at the PT's office.

With this model from Hoday, the intensity setting clears (goes back to 0) when changing modes and this is a bit annoying but for the price I can deal with it. The coupon offered when I purchased brought the price down to about $20 which was a good 10 bucks less than some of the comparable units here on Amazon. Derrman: It's a little early only bin using for about a week but I am thrilled with the results so far! I've had terrible lower back pain for years and over the past month or two it had gotten so bad there were days I was close to tears just hot burning pain radiating out to my hips and down my ass into my legs I was worried I wouldn't be able to continue working for much longer. Now I just wish someone would have told me about these things years ago. I've bin using this multiple times a day all week along with the usual stretches and the relief is emmence! You don't realize how much constant pain affects your mood until ur not hurting and the little things that piss you off don't bother you at all lol this device comes with plenty of pads I've bin using the same two -four little ones all week and with just a couple drops of water every other use they still stick fine. I haven't even charged it yet once and it still has the same 2 bars it had when I got it the velcro on the wires is a great idea I can put it on and shorten the wires put it in my pocket and go where ever I need to go it's easy to use and understand and with so many different settings and modes you can keep changing it up...

A satisfied customer in FLA satisfied customer in FL: I liked the features and the price point for this TENS/EMS unit. If I were to fault the instructions on any level, it might be that the concise manual might give more thorough instructions explaining the placement and care of the electrode pads. With that said. I went through the manual and it gave me enough insight to try placement of the small pads on my knee, which was injured a month ago in a bike accident. I developed water on the knee. After having it drained, it started feeling stiff and painful. So while I had little time these past couple of days I finally sat down while watching TV and tried a 20 minute session with a couple of the mode settings on my knee. After turning the unit off and taking off the pads, I stood up and walked around. The soreness was not completely gone, but noticeably improved. I am impressed. I like the manual's presentation of how to cycle through the modes and what to use each for. I was a little confused over the A and the B outlet, but it appears the one that is active is the one you plug the wire end into. Would I recommend? Yes.

The paperwork includes an offer for 20 free pads for a review but is not going to factor in mine nor does it state a positive review is needed. There is also an 18-month warranty that must be registered within 14 days of purchase so make sure to get it done. I registered mine and customer service responded within 30 minutes. It was quick & easy. Make sure to include your Amazon order # in your email. To use, all you have to do is plug the unit in, attach pads to wires then body and turn it on. Very much plug n play and easy for 1st time users. The unit arrived w a charge of 2 out of 3 bars which made ensuring its workability immediate. The included bag fits all the pads, wires, unit, etc w a little bit of room to spare extras if needed. Switching through the modes is done by pushing M. You do have to cycle through each mode one by one, and increase the strength after every individual mode to find the one that suits you best.
