HuskybyNature: I was a little iffy because my last tens unit was like an 80’s game boy and took a 9v battery. But I was tired of batteries and also needed new pads.
Right out of the box this thing is compact and fairly easy to use.
I even turned it on to test it and got a whole hour of electro goodness to my sciatic nerve. I got up to just under halfway of the power and felt its intensely sensational relief. This little unit has great power. The adhesion pads work as needed. Just clean the surfaces you want to stick to prior to use, all good. Also don’t forget to keep the plastic sheets they came with to keep them clean. The unit looks cool, it’s compact, and delivers great power. Love the fast c charger port. No more batteries! Also a decent travel bag.

Elmyr: This was a good little TENS for the money. The pads held up to careful daily wear (sometimes up to 12 hours of contact with my skin per day) for about 3 weeks per set if you avoid contact with topical oils or creams. The pads are gummy feeling and very sticky at first, but like all TENS pads, they have a shelf life. I have sensitive skin and allergies, but am not historically allergic to tape, medical tape, or any other adhesive products. I did not have a reaction to the adhesive. YMMV depending on your skin sensitivities.
One charge would last me 2 or 3 days. I felt like it had a good battery life.
I used it on my back for a tattoo allergy contact dermatitis, placing the pads next to the problem spots. When I cranked it up to about 11 to 15, it was so strong it would make my muscles seize up, so depending on where you use it, it can be hard to walk while it's running unless you ease into it. It's pretty powerful.
The controls were easy to navigate. The screen display has a blue backlight that times out after like 30 seconds, and the buttons have a tactile click, so if you memorize your favorite setting, you can get there without looking at it. I bought it twice,...

S. Sorrell: I've been using TENS at home for years, and this one is by far the best I've ever had. I love the re-chargeable battery...it makes the unit so much lighter than my previous ones that used a 9v battery. It has many different modes and sub modes so you can really fine tune your therapy just the way you like it. And the battery life is amazing!

lms0341: The unit came quickly, was packaged very well and arrived fully charged so I could use it immediately. The main menu is easy to navigate and the screen is well lit. The included pads were very sticky and easy to apply. It comes with two leads per output so you need to apply all for pads for it to work, unlike others I've tried that have one output for two pad operation. Each cord has a velcro loop attached to keep them tied up nicely when not in use. I like the fact that you can increase time up to one hour and like the range of intensity as well as the wide range of modes. I wish it had a "random" mode where it could jump between modes during treatment. Overall the unit has been great so far.
