Those are easy enough to apply but make sure you attach the leads first like the instructions say. Otherwise you may need some help attaching those.. I'm amazed at how powerful it is for such a small and inexpensive device. And considering the price, it's pretty good quality. Also impressed with the variety of settings. I ran through them all for fun and found something I like about each. Have to take an 8 hour flight over seas so decided to attach the leads so I can use it on the plane. Enjoying a shoulder "massage" now as I wait to board. Sounds pervy but it is on my shoulder. I know the instructions say don't place the stickies closer than an inch a part. I think that is because one is positive and one is negative. The closer they are the more intense the puls
e as you increase levels. The further a part the less intense. I say this because the intensity can cause a bit of pain if you're not careful

Lyra Silverstein: The convenience of having a tiny pocket sized TENS unit with the power this machine has is a game changer. Perfect for home, work and pretty much anywhere. I noticed that I did not need to turn up the levels that high to get a decent amount of stimulation/massage from the unit. I have been using it on my lower back since I have sciatica. It has been a helpful part of my arsenal for pain management.

Scott: Messed up my shoulder pretty badly on a fishing trip and could barely rotate my arm. Ice and heating pads weren't doing much, so decided to give this tens unit a shot. I'll be honest, my first experience wasn't so great. If you've never used one, this doesn't "massage" like I've read some describe these things. It's an electrical pulse and if you have the power up too high on the machine, like I did on my first try, it hurts like you wouldn't believe. However, after taking some time to get the pads into the right spot and slowly ramping up the power, the relief it brings is amazing. I can't say if it actually helped heal my injury any quicker, but using it before bed definitely made it easier to sleep.

Ryan Jackson: Works extremely well but the instructions - in my opinion - are a little difficult to understand. Regardless, it alleviated my pain on the modes that I was able to use.

Joni H.: Took a little bit of time to get used to it. Mom is in her 80s. But with a little Youtube help we were able to get it going for her. Very therapeutic as it works on her RLS as well as her back pain. Overall, a greave value and the battery lasts a long time!

ranj29: The product is not as efficient as described. The pulse level is not strong enough to provide any relief and the build quality is very poor. The seller is terrible. They do not respond to queries on time. They are refusing to take back the product and Amazon will not help you in this case. I have lost faith in Amazon as a company which guarentees good quality products as they are not willing to initiate a return. Terrible service from the seller and amazon
