I have had it for a few months now and I am in love with it. It’s a beautiful design and the goose neck pours differently than other kettles. It actually filled PG Tips as they were intended so they make a most excellent tea. My grandchildren now ask for hot water so they can watch me pour. I don’t worry about it being too hot because I can follow the temperature on the display. I haven’t used it for hot cocoa yet, but I am sure it will be wonderful. I keep this beauty on my countertop.

Class product all around. Everything on this product from the packaging to the kettle is well designed and built and great to look at (yup, even then box was kinda cool)The matte black finish is beautiful. Pours very well. Maintains water temp to a degree.
It took just under 7 minutes to fill to capacity and go from room temp (67) to 205° I mention only so you know.
For me this kettle is a great value
