Alex: I've had these for a while now, and so far have had 0 issues with them. They are holding up strong and showing no signs of wear.
I'd say majority of my use is with a torque gun taking wheels on/off, as well as some light exhaust and suspension work.
For an enthusiast-level person, they seem like a great choice for the money.

ChadChad: I absolutely love this brand of tools. I have made several purchases of their product. And until my recent purchase have had 0 issues with contents of what's been ordered, nor the cost of the product ordered. Everything has been spot on. However, my recent purchase has not been as accurate.
so. I ordered the14 piece 1/2-inch drive 6-point shallow impact socket set Tekton Item # 4817. Set included 11-32 mm and a red plastic molded case. Received my order a couple days later and it was exactly what it was described to be. Perfect!
So... I was scrolling through all the extra things that are always at the bottom of most items you browser through on Amazon and as you can see in the attached screen shot, I came across pretty much the same thing I just ordered only in Standard size denominations. I'm thinking hell yeah, Perfect!
So., I click on Tekton Item # 4816 which in the description is a 14-piece 1/2-inch drive 6-point shallow impact socket set that is 3/8 - 1 1/4-inch Standard set in a red plastic molded case. I'm excited at this point. Perfect!
However, through no one's fault but my own for not catching it when i clicked on Tekton Item # 4816 and then clicked order now...

derosa: The only issue I see with this set is the lack of engraved sizes on them and that's the only reason for knocking a star off. Should only be half a star but amazon doesn't allow that. The sockets are nicely made in Taiwan instead of the usual cheap Chinese pieces you get at this price point. The socket case fits well in my drawer and seems solid. There's a couple sizes not included but they're also extremely unusual sizes like 16mm and unimportant. Much better than the few remaining HF pieces this replaced.

Devon Sieben: Bought 4 sets of the tekton impact sockets. The first time I needed to use the shallow metric set, there was no 16mm. They simply just skip the size. However, these are a good bang for your buck set. The finish on them is the classic chalky black finish, that turns white when you brake clean them. The cases all fit perfectly in one drawer of my box with the tops cut off and they are very durable.

Damazon Buyer: The quality looks good, and it's a nice, full set of sockets. The only bad thing is that the size markings will rub off with use, very quickly.
