I posted this review as I was somewhat disappointed, since the failure interrupted my project and required me to buy new tools to get the job done. But, the day after this review posted, they reached out. No questions asked, they just offered a full refund on the product a full 8 months after purchase. In no way is that worth 1 star, that's what excellent customer service looks like. Upgrading from 1 star to 4 stars as my confidence is restored. They are proactive and work towards building the trust of their customers, I wouldn't hesitate considering this brand again.

I was honestly really excited about this kit. I've been wanting a quality hex set for a long time, as opposed to the piece meal "whatever size I need at that moment" approach I had taken previously. I figured the 5 star rating and nearly 30 thousand reviews couldn't be wrong. Presentation of the kit is excellent, I figured this was a diamond in the rough for a product.

Lo and behold, the very first time I used the kit the bit broke on me. Now, this is a 6mm bit with a relatively tiny 1/4 inch drive, you can't exactly wrench on that bad boy....
