Kate: Unfortunately was not able to open the case and look at the game until now but it completely unusable. Does not work at all. Scratched beyond use. Would not recommend buying from this seller.

Rudy Moralez: The program might not be to the graphic standards of TW PGA Tour 11, 12, or 14, but I still enjoy the game. The courses can range from Easy to Extreme conditions. As you move through the different levels, the challenges will increase, as well. Or, you can make the game so difficult, shooting par for a round is a grand achievement. You are not able to play certain courses because EA Sports was not able to get the sponsorship as they did in the later versions. So, you might not be able to play Augusta National, but you can play St. Andrews and Pebble Beach.

The game will play to your level. For example, if you do extremely well on the first round (say -10 or better) and everyone else is at -6 or worse, be ready to play at your higher level throughout the tournament. I shot -54, and had an "off" round (-10) in the fourth round, and lost by four strokes to Tiger Woods, who shot -19,-20, and -20 in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th rounds.

No matter the version, TW PGA Tour is worth the price. You will have opportunities to learn how to craft your virtual shots to set up favorable conditions to birdie, eagle, or possibly, earn a par, if you mishit or misplay a shot. What you learn in...

Neel: I'm a big fan of golf and I love to get out and play when I get a chance. Playing this game is like a cheap way of getting on the course! I got the Wii Motion Plus also, which I think really enhances the game (I haven't played it without) but I'm assuming it would be a much worse experience.

The game is a lot of fun - much more engaging than just playing it on PS3 or something, but a game does take a lot longer than on a "regular" system because you find yourself taking practice swings and stuff, which take time. When I play w/friends, we make a rule that you can only take one practice swing, or else the game would take as long as real golf!

Overall, great game. Wish I could play more often. I think it's actually making me a better golfer!

seamonkey10: I get tired fast of most of my Wii games. The Wii is fun when I have friends and family over, but I rarely play the Wii by myself.

This is a game I'll actually play every now and then by myself. The swing motion is more like authentic golf instead of the tap-tap-tap style of golf on the other Tiger Woods titles. The more accurate swing is nice, but there's one thing that's not actually measured and that's how you address the ball. In real golf, I top the ball, hit behind it, etc. but in this game if you have a straight swing, you're all good.

The party games are fun to play with friends, and frisbee golf is worth a try for something different.

Is it like real golf? - Not exactly
Is it the closest thing you can get to real golf on a console? - absolutely
So If you like golf, or have a golfing friend or relative who likes golf, this is a good title to have for a quick virtual 18

Toppro: This game is pretty entertaining but it has quirks. First off, my top reasons to buy the game.
1. Great graphics
2. Great commentary. Not boring like some games. I was pleasantly surprised at the number of different sayings that are programmed into the game. Lots of variety, so it's like they are really talking about each specific shot your taking.
3. Lots of courses to choose from.
4. Lots of entertaining game choices so you never get bored golfing
5. Very challenging
6. Lots of cool character animations, so your character reacts differently when you make those great shots or really goof stuff up.
7. Nice character customizations. Lots of different tweaks to make the character really look like you. Lots of clothes to choose from for male and female characters.
8. Lots of records to go after. I think I have the longest putt ever recorded in the history of the game, at least I have beaten every pro record in the game with a 71 foot putt, and it wasn't on level ground either. :) I ussually always one putt if I can get to the green.

Now for the cons
1. The major complaint I have with the game is that some shots are not at all accurate. All my...

MTEM: I never thought that I could be playing wonderful golf all year long in Michigan! This game is as real as it gets. When my wife had started talking about getting a Wii for X-mas, I was not for it. I love golf, but all of the other golf games that I have played were not accurate or real enough to want to get a wii. With the addition of the motion plus to the wii remote..... it is unbelievable! You have to try it! draw, fade, punch shot, flop shot, and the precision putting is spot on! It may seem as though I am using to many exclamations in this review, but try the game and you will too! :-)
Also, you can build your golfer to look just like you. My wife does not play real golf but she is now willing to try on this game, and has created a golfer that looks identical! But she also enjoys sitting on the couch with a blanket and watching me play. It takes you away from the cold gray days of winter and puts the bright green grass below your feet. Worth it's weight in gold!
