Ryan Freker: This product gave me some trouble at first. I would make sure your drives are all updated and update your computer software. I had to do this. Then, make sure there is only one audio device installed. It added two for me at one point (I installed, uninstalled, then reinstalled) and the quality was terrible. Once I deleted the extra one, the sound was perfect. This is a great product for when you have a computer that might not support Bluetooth directly. I would recommend this!

Cristian F.: As stated, works great on Linux out of the box. The small caveat is that it took me a lot of retries for it to pick up a Nintendo Wii controller, not sure what was at fault.

Sara turini: la chiavetta è molto piccola ed una volta installata funziona in modo ottimale peccato che il cd incluso per l insallazione non funzioni per windows10 ma utilizzando il link e dopo aver modificato manualmente le impostazioni del computer la chiavetta risulta funzionare ed è possibile connettere al computer diversi dispositivi

Jean-A: Installation simple sous Windows10 via le mini-CD. Je ne sais même pas si c'était nécessaire de l'utiliser, je suppose que Windows trouve les drivers tout seul. Pour info c'est un chipset ASUS BCM20702A0.

J'ai pu connecter mes smartphones SAMSUNG et HUAWEI sans problème.

JH: Despite the reviews saying it's automatically detected by Windows 10 (it wasn't) - it wasn't too difficult to download the drivers. There is an included CD, but typically those drivers are already out of date - so it's easier to just get them online.

Here's where it gets strange: The company's website is odd because it appears to be a default template for a shopping site (shopify). mytechkey[.]com The included instructions have you navigate to a page that's not visible from the main site and the download links point you to Dropbox with very non-custom names (this one is "BT Bluetooth 4.0 Driver.zip" The company sells different Bluetooth dongles - but there is no way to determine from the website (nor from the product descriptions) what the differences are. Anyway, the download package appears to be the regular Broadcom 20702 Bluetooth driver package from 2014 (so maybe the CD does have the most current).

Had some strange issues with the quality of sound and discovered that a second Bluetooth device was created. I'm using it with a portable speaker and somehow a device described as "Headphones" was automatically selected. Once I disabled that device in the sound...

SE: Definitely one of the best purchases I've made. I'm such a skeptic when it comes to all these weird, inexpensive, third party brands selling what seems to be the same things with numerous reviews. Most of them look fake.

But I can definitely say this little device is PERFECT! I can connect my wireless headphones and my PS4 controller and I have no issues. There is a very slight audio delay, but that's to be expected because of the nature of Bluetooth. But the PS4 controller was the same as if I had plugged it in via USB.

The compact size makes this incredibly convenient. I can just keep it plugged into my desktop without it protruding like other USB devices.

Installation was a no-brainer. Literally just plug it in, and Windows 10 instantly recognized and installed the drivers.

Incredibly satisfied and more than happy with my purchase.

Shane: I have a Lenovo M710 tiny desktop for my office and I prefer it over bringing my laptop in all the time and worry about docking and undocking, but I do miss the ability to use my wireless headset w/the desktop because it sort of chains me to my plug in type headset. Ordered this bluetooth unifying dongle and it works like a charm. Just plug it in and it's good to go, then just go to the bluetooth connections and select your headset.
