After I get home from work my lower back is in so much pain, I just hook this up to my lower back and turn it on. There are so many different options you can choose from and different levels of intensity. I just choose what feels best and let it run for 20 mins and it relieves so much of my back pain. I just love this thing!

JamesJames: This device is small and conveniently will fit into your purse or gym bag. It has 3 different sized pads with the ability to hook up 2 sets of pads at once. It has a USB charger and can be charged in your car, at home. Or at the office. It comes with a little bag to carry all the cords, pads, and the device together. I tried it at the office to relax shoulder tension. Later at home I used it to relax stiff leg muscles, hip muscles, and my lower back. Works great for those times you can’t get a deep tissue massage, but relaxes muscle enough to relax and rejuvenate your sore stiff muscles.
