Andrew: The wisdom found in this book is life altering. Only downside is the book is physically huge but each page contains only about a paragraph of small print letters. It could have been pocket sized.

Julie Bishop: I read this book from the library and had to get it. It is a short quick read. It has no text on the left side and 3-5 lines of very meaningful quotes on the right side. I'm a slow reader and it took me 2 hours to finish.
Don't be fooled, it is worth every penny.

Taming the Tiger Within is a unique and humbling verse to what most popular magazines and books try to hint towards: the avoidance of bad and the monument of changing one's self. However, Taming the Tiger Within isn't focusing on these modern-day and sometimes self-destructive concepts that try to avoid our own faults. Thich Nhat Hanh has given readers the conduit to empower ourselves to be mindful rather than scared, embrace rather than avoid, and to understand what we fear most; the unknown.

This book isn't for someone wanting to 'fix' themselves or 'change' aspects of themselves. This book is meant to make you aware of certain forms of emotions and habits.
