Luke: I purchased this in February and wanted to wait a while before adding a review to make sure I had time to evaluate the product.
One useful nugget of info I learned from reading reviews before purchase is order a lower size based on the chart and your measurements.
It arrived on time with no delays, and it is well constructed & sturdy.
The fasteners are easy to hook and unhook and are more secure than Velcro. It's very comfortable to wear & to clean.
I have noticed a reduction in my waist size.
Overall, it is a quality product and definitely worth the price

NK: The belt helps train my mid-section by providing pressure and warmth. This helps work my mid-section constantly and also provides back support and corrects with my posture. The belt is unnoticeable under my clothes and fits comfortably. Great product.

SandraSandra: I know this is supposed to be for men but thought it would be tougher materials and I was right. This waist trainer is made of very good materials and has 4 sets of hooks to adjust the size as you need to. I'm really liking how well it fits. The only thing I would like to have improved is the width as I would like it to cover my lower abdomen too. Other than this it's a great item and the price is not mad for quality material and workmanship.
