The range and scan speed are good.
The support has been fantastic. They respond to questions quickly, and have even provided a feature that I requested in just hours.

CT: Pro: price, screen
Con: soft trigger
This scanner is really good for the price. There're some missing features I wish it had, the ability to browse back to more than just the last scan, the ability to delete the last scan to name a few.
Also the trigger is very very soft. I ended up scanning the same barcode twice so many times. That's why the ability to delete the last scan is a very nice to have feature.
But for the price, I'm willing to be very very careful.

HRC: I purchased this so completing yearly inventory might be easier as I could move about the store. If it is a manufacturer's barcode, it is 99% lightening fast. If it is a barcode label printed from a barcode printer which many people have, you're 50-50 at best that it will work. The claim that reads more barcodes in various conditions better than most is not true at all based on what I'm seeing. I will be putting my wired scanner back into use since when this decides not to work, it is a huge waste of time. It will also occasionally lose its mind when you scan something and throw a bunch of number 8s across your screen that take a long time to stop propagating (so you can delete the mess and start over). It gets 3 stars because of its portability and its ability to read manufacturer barcodes pretty consistently.
