Addicted to amazon: These pills are little miracle workers! I've been taking them twice daily for a little over a month now and can literally feel the difference about 20 minutes after taking them. I can also tell when I forgot to take a pill.

I take one pill first thing when I wake up and another after work. These have improved my sleep quality, but mostly just because I'm less emotionally hyped and mentally psyched all day long. These give me an immediate calm, collected, intelligent train of thought. They keep me kind and encouraging when I normally would have "lost it" either internally on myself or to the point of wanting to lose it with the famly. I ordered extra of these last month (8/22) because they were out of stock on here and at the mgf website. I tried another somewhat similar horse pill from the local vitamin store but it didn't work as quickly and completely as this little nerve calmer.

Debra Young: I was developing severe anxiety to the point I couldn't focus or complete tasks. This was due to some family issues & I refuse to take the physician pushed, highly addictive anti-anxiety meds. So, I looked for a more natural, non-dependent option. To my surprise, this WORKS for me. I take two & an hour or so later, I notice I have calmed down internally. It doesn't hit you all at once like medications. Lauren Alten: I have ET (Essential Tremors) in my hands. It has gotten steadily worse over time and will continue to do so. There is no cure but there are things that can help, such as this Calm-Plex. I first heard about it from an online ET group. It doesn’t make it all go away but there is a noticable difference in the severity for me, and I’ll take that! I also love that it does not make me sleepy if I take it and need to stay active. Good stuff and worth giving it a try with no downside that I am aware of.

Proud Mom: Forget harmful prescriptions for ADHD that permanently alter your brain chemistry and turns your kid into a zombie!!!!! This has no side effects and works better than prescription meds for ADHD. My sister-in-law recommended it and she is an LPN with her own wellness center. My son takes 2 at breakfast with a fish oil that has 2x more EPA than DHA, and 2 at lunch (if needed). My 10 year old is now able to focus and concentrate. He's in the gifted program.

My son is now almost 13 and is still doing wonderfully with this medicine for his ADHD. His pediatrician and school nurse both recommend it to patients. It can even be taken without food! No stomach pains or cramps. He just finished 6th grade in the gifted program and made honor roll!
