KathyKathy: 6 Month Update: I started taking this a bit more consistently in the last 2-3 months. After more research on 5HTP, I take 1 pill at lunch, 1 pill at dinner and I just started doing another 1 right before bed.
I will keep buying this because I like the benefits of this complex blend. The biggest benefit I’ve noticed is that it does help me stay asleep and wake up less often. I’ll also add (especially since adding another pill before bed), my dreams are always nuts now 😅 Nothing like nightmares but just crazy off the walls random. 5HTP is the precursor to serotonin which helps regulate sleep patterns and dream states. I’m surprised their weren’t more reviews mentioning this.
Overall, I’ll keep buying this and would recommend if you are looking to improve your sleep.
1 Month Update: I started taking this product in February. I wasn’t sure how to approach it so I did what a lot of reviews did which was to take one before bed and just 1 pill to start until I got my footing on how it affected me.
