Corey Goldstone: Happy that this stays fresh a couple weeks after the expiration date. One of my biggest gripes about store-bought bread is that they have such a short shelf life, but this loaf didn't have that problem.

I have enjoyed this bread for many years. It was always fresh, tasty, and the perfect size for a sandwich. I couldn't believe what arrived in its place when I last ordered it. The size had shrunk, and I mean serious shrinkage. I estimate a quarter of the original loaf is now missing. We are talking height, length, width, weigh, and quantity. The freshness is gone, as is the taste. I am now shopping for a decent whole wheat sandwich bread. Any suggestions?
