BobbyV: This is a flavorful multigrain bread sliced thicker than most others. Great for sandwiches and toasting. The multigrain ingredients are not overdone as some other multigrain breads look like they were blended with birdseed.

Daniel Kaschel: Honestly I don't write many reviews. I am writing this because this bread is exceptional. I like how it tastes--and I'm a white bread kinda guy, so I have a low tolerance for overly-fancy bread. It's moist, and stays moist freakishly long. Kid you not, my first loaf lasted a solid 2 weeks with no mold and no dryness. I thought somebody had snuck into my kitchen and replaced it with a new loaf, it stayed fresh so long. And I love alone so that was a terrifying thought.
And the thick-cut thing is really nice! It's no overdone--it'll fit in the toaster just fine--but the big soft fluffy slices are pretty wonderful for sandwiches, toast, or even (if you DO manage to let some go a little stale) French toast.
Seriously. This is the bread I've been looking for my whole life. Step aside potato bread. There is a new bread king of my heart.
