Sally Skellington: I am on a very restrictive diet when it comes to sodium. Is this the most delicious bread on the planet? No. Will it keep me in m my sodium range? Yes. Bread is typically high in sodium.
Keep this frozen or in the fridge because it molds FAST! For best flavor I find that toasting it is the best plan. I eat about a sandwich a day. So far I’m going back and forth between the no sodium almond butter and jelly or low sodium Turkey. I was happy to find this as well m starting on my new journey.
