Shae: Full disclaimer - these were purchased for practice to begin adding sutures to my sharps play in BDSM. For that purpose they work very well, giving you a range of sizes and materials used for general suturing. I wanted to be able to get down the basic techniques and make some decisions regarding my preference for sizing and materials before committing to spending more money, and for that end these worked out perfectly. I don't know that this kit will make it past my practice phase, but for the time being I am quite satisfied.
