Jman: I bought these to add to my first aid kit in my truck, as a sportsman and hunter I often find myself far from help. Being able to do some basic sutures could definitely come in handy. You only need to put a few in a kit and the rest you keep for refills or make kits for your family and friends.

RyanRyan: This is a great suture kit for emergency use. I had a bunch of picture but for some reason I could only attach one to this review. The kit is in a sealed clear plastic sleeve. Then it is in a sealed package. The suture itself is in cardboard packaging that is very well put together. Seems well made and can easily get the job done in a pinch. One thing I should mention is it is larger than I thought it would be. The kit is about 4 inches long. It should still fit in a well put together first aid kit.

M. R. D.: In setting up a solid med kit, these are perfect gear. If you have training as a combat lifesaver, you know it is the combination of gear and skill that save lives. If you pull over to assist an accident by the side of the road, your little box of band-aids are worthless. Major gashes and cuts need to be sewn up. These individual, sterile sutures are just what the doc ordered. Glad to add this to my med kit in my trunk.

Tracy Edaburn: I bought these to stick in my emergency gear. I had no plans to open one unless they are needed. However, since the package is marked “0% satisfaction guaranteed” I’ll probably have to check. Zero percent satisfaction guaranteed? You can’t set the bar much lower than that. Do I get a refund if I have "any" satisfaction?
