Liza: The stream comes out were your finger is pressing the trigger. That means that you will keep burning yourself over and over if you use the attachment that makes it long. That's what I needed for the stairs and I will be returning it because the stairs is the only reason I got it. Kinda a shame because otherwise it's perfect, but I have a burn I have to treat now.

Braden Abbott: Works great. Good hose and attachment plus they sell new brushes for cheap on their website. The nylon brushes will bend if you scrub too hard, but they do that on every product like this. Let the steam do the hard work for you. If you want steam for more than 8 minutes at a time, you will need something bigger than this.

Patt: I put a q-tip into the broiler to clean around the top and noticed the tank was a greeny, blacky color. I dropped the q-tip inside. I tipped it up side down and there were a lot of black particles that came out. It's been used. It's not new. When you turn out the light and shine a black light or Lazer light there is a splatter of dots. You can't see them in the light. They can be wiped off with water I just don't know what it is. Kind of disappointed to find out I'm actually leaving a film on my things.

Fernando: No es nada del otro mundo, funciona y listo, no esperes que desmanche superficies muy complejas, sanitiza bien, tarda razonablemente poco en calentar, hace mucho ruido, pero es lo común.

Antonio: Tiene buena potencia en el suministro de vapor. La compre para la limpieza de mi auto. Con dos o tres cargas es suficiente para terminar la limpieza de puertas y tablero. Es buena si no importa esperar que se enfrié para volver a llenarla de agua. En general tiene buena calidad.

aurelio: Cumple con todas las especificaciones que viene el producto. El envío fue rápido y al menos lo que la he usado le doy un 9. No le doy el 10 porque dura poquito el vapor, pero básicamente te dura lo que dice en las especificaciones.
