Tb222: The steamer never worked. I called customer service to troubleshoot the issue and they advised me that it had to be something wrong with the trigger and it should not be making the sound it was making. Since I was outside of the warranty they said I would have to pay for it to be repaired. Definitely my fault for letting the warranty expire, but I feel the company should stick behind their product.
