María Silva: Plancha bien la ropa y es muy fácil de usar. Es pequeña pero no me parece tan ligera para viajar. A veces se calienta mucho después de mucho tiempo de usarla. En general es un muy buen producto, tiene cabezas para diferente tipo de tela.

H.R.: I tried many ways to remove the packaging, fold and wrinkles all of my black out draperies. I finally gave up and ordered this steamer. Good quality I assume works as should . I’ve never used one before. It took a while to figure out exactly how to use it to accomplish, most of what I needed did more or less at least it took out the major wrinkles. Not like taking it to the dry cleaners, which is very expensive but accomplishes what is really basically needed. My one complaint is how on earth do you get all the water out of the tank. I had to turn the water container upside down with a minutely folded, bounty paper towel, rolled up, stuck it in the hole and let the water get sucked up. And then to really dry it out inside I took my hairdryer on very low and blew it in the hole. It did dry it out but then I let it also dry out with rubber stopper open the rest of the day before I attached it back to the holder. Seems like there should definitely be a much easier way of getting all the water out. But overall it’s heavy duty, good quality good price and will be handy to use.

Sweetie: I put away my ironing board and started steaming my clothes in 2017. Since then, I've had several steamers. Unfortunately, in my experience they tend to last about 1 - 1½ years. Although I attribute the lifespans toy usage of tap water and not the recommended bottled water.

This is a decent unit. Its a little heavy but the steam comes out sttong. It heats up quickly. It doesn't splurt hot water. It gets the job done, but it doesn't get rid of the wrinkles as well or as quickly as other units that I've owned.

Overall, it's a good and sturdy clothing steamer.

Amazon Customer: It does steam clothing decently well. But a couple of complaints.

1. The water reservoir is poorly designed. You can't get all the water out of it due to a lip around the drain opening. So I look forward to either mold in my future or an interesting way to get this dry on the inside.

2. It's not balanced very well. Holding it upright to steam is a bit awkward, and if you hold it horizontal, it will leak a little bit.

Aside from those things, I'm glad to have it to save money on dry clean only clothing though

Laura Elena Liévano: Sí es algo pesada y se siente más si uno no está acostumbrado, pero es rápido quitar las arrugas de las prendas, entre más ligero sea el tejido es más fácil quitar las arrugas, no esperes que haga magia sobre telas muy gruesas. En lo personal me funciona muy bien con blusas y pantalones ligeros.
Me parece buena compra.

ZAIRE: Esta buena para la ropa, pero no para cortinas es difícil que queden bien. La recomiendo si la ocuparas para ropa si no mejor no gastes.

Jake U.: The first steamer I bought did not work. I noticed a lot of other customer reviews saying it heats up, makes a clicking sound, but doesn't produce steam. This happened to me as well. But my friend has the same steamer and I've used it before - it worked just fine. So I just exchanged the defective steamer for a new one and it works as it should. All this to say, if you want a steamer that's guaranteed to work, it doesn't seem to be uncommon to receive a defective one. However, Amazon was quick to email me a return label and the new steamer came before I even sent back the defective one.

paty vargas: Tenía que escribir este review y perdón por tardar tanto... Compre esta plancha por que vivo por ahora con mi suegra, en una casa pequeña y a veces colocar burro de planchar no es opción por que le estorbaria a todos, entonces para planchar en mi cuarto sin estorbar me sono a buena opción, busque varias opciones que no fueran las más baratas por ser plancha de viaje, ni las más caras hasta con pedestal (ya me las he arreglado para colgar las camisas en lugares dentro del cuarto). Estaba indecisa ya que como leía los mejores comentarios, también leía los peores, donde decían que nunca funcionó. Así que estaba en un 50-50... Y decidí jugármela. Así que compre la plancha, en cuanto llego, trate de probarla, sin embargo cuando llene el tanque de agua y la prendí y accione el botón para que saliera el vapor, escuchaba que solo hacia un ruido de bomba que quiere succionar... Y después de unos minutos (menos de 2) comenzaba a oler a quemado... Obviamente, ya que la resistencia se prendía, pero la bomba no podía hacer que subiera el agua y no había agua que pasara por la resistencia para convertir en vapor... Así que supe que en efecto... Corrí con la mala suerte...
