This is a great size bag for starting school. Big enough to hold folders but not so big it drags on little legs. My daughter loves the colors. It is a durable backpack and lunchbox.

My five year old goes to school with this back pack set. I like that the lunch bag can fit securely in the bigger bag. The bag is large enough to carry everything that a grade k student would need. It is generally well made but not the strongest bag.
We have no issues with it as yet but we are cautious.

Normally I do not write reviews; however, as a more frequent Amazon shopper (due to lack of time and the pandemic) I am starting to leave reviews for products I’ve purchased on Amazon.
As a mom of two boys, this backpack is durable, has vibrate colors, and is an appropriate size for school-aged children. I shopped around and this backpack and lunchbox combo is well worth the money.
In addition, the backpack has a great amount of space and the lunchbox keeps food cold and is also a great size for lunches. The lunchbox has a pocket on the outside which is perfect for little notes, cutlery, or in our case, special treat coins.
I ordered the blue and the red backpack and lunchbox combo for my 3 and 6 year old.

It’s a great size sturdy - well constructed- zippers are great!
Lunch box is ample size fits in outside pocket.
We could have used the one from last year still it great condition!!!! Only bought a new one for color preference and donated the original.
