Amazon Customer: I would have given the product 5 stars but there were some problems with the assembly where the screws wont fit the holes in some parts. I think many others have this problem. Its not a major issue (other than the fact that the arm doesn't stay still), but at this level, there shouldn't have been this blunder. The treadmill overall is nice. I was almost 110 kilograms when I started using it and had no problems with it in terms of weight issues. Although I wouldn't recommend someone who weighs that much to run on that treadmill. It would probably be the case with all treadmills at this price level. Someone correct me If I'm wrong. You also need to oil the belt before you use it for the first time so don't forget to purchase that as well. Other than that, Me and my brother have been using it daily for around 2 hours per day and we have had no problems except when the treadmill makes some clanking noise when we change the incline while walking briskly. Over all its a good treadmill for a beginner who's looking to loose some weight or stay in shape.

SA: Very easy to put together, probably under an hour. Would require 2-3 people to move it, especially moving it upstairs. Feels very solid, running feels great.

Negative, there is a little static from the front handle bar... reading online this seems to be a problem if your house is low humidity and using it on carpet. I rarely touch that bar, so it doesn't bother me.

JG: So I purchased this treadmill in Jan 2016 and I can give my almost one year review.

The treadmill itself was very easy to setup. I used everyday for about 60 minutes, I do around 6.5 with 2 incline for 40 minutes and my wife does 30 minutes, 4.5 on 5 incline. It held it very well for the amount we use it but I did run into a problem.

Last month I noticed something off with the running surface. It turned out that actually board cracked in half. The board is made out of solid wood so I was shocked it had cracked. I e-mailed LifeSpan and opened up a warranty claim. Preston from LifeSpan e-mailed me back within 24 hours and wanted more details about my treadmill. He asked how many hours I had used, if I noticed any other issues outside of the board been cracked. A day later he called me and told me he was going to send the board, a brand new motor and brand new running belt and also arrange a local repair company to come do the install.

All the parts were delivered within a few days from Utah to Vancouver, Canada. The repair company came a couple days after, all the parts were installed and my treadmill is like new again. My only issue was the...

Dave15: I was very surprised that this treadmill received such a high rating and favorable reviews. While it is very sturdy and relatively quiet for a treadmill, I don't feel like it is an adequate treadmill for active runners. The display screen is small and lacks basic information that I feel is fairly standard on most other treadmills. For example, it does not show your pace. You can set the treadmill for 6.0 mph, but it will not tell you that this is equivalent to a 10 minute/mile. Another major downside is the quick change speed and incline buttons. Quick change speed buttons include only 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, and 6.0 mph. To go faster than 6.0 mph, you have to use the up arrows to increase your speed. I frequently alternate between 4.0 and 8.0 and this meant hitting the 6.0 quick change button and then the up arrow 20 times. It is very inconvenient. Incline buttons were similar with only 4 incline levels presented as buttons. You then had to rely on the up/down arrows. Also, it did allow you use the incline in 0.5 increments. I feel the photo of the screen is misleading because there is an ipad on the shelf blocking what the screen actually looks like. I had...

RW: We have had this for about 5 weeks now and because of it, I have run about twice as much as I normally would have with the convenience of having it in my house. Read below for the entire experience:

Price:
I looked around some and was able to find Lifefitness and other top brand refurbished treadmills for about $2,000 to $2,500. These are the large ones you find in the gym. Note that these are supposedly around $7000-$7500 new! The reason I was looking at these is because they are a known quantity and I was worried about something like a treadmill being cheap and not lasting or feeling rickety. I looked at Costco and locally at a few fitness stores and $1,000 was about the best price I could find for something that at least appeared decent. After looking at the many helpful reviews of this product, I decided I would go for it as this was a price point I was comfortable with.

Delivery:
I had read that the delivery date they give you when you order online will not be accurate, but that was not my experience. Immediately when I ordered it took my personal information and gave me a date and a 4 hour time window for delivery. They send me...

Norm: I'm old, fat and out of shape! There's a fitness room in my community, and I have a friend that walks with me, but we never get out the 4 days a week we say we are going to do!

So, I looked around and checked out what is available for professional quality treadmills that won't take me to the bank! The LifeSpan TR 1200i Folding Treadmill really fit the bill!

Hopefully the LifeSpan TR 1200i Folding Treadmill may take me from the sedentary lifestyle I've lived the past few years or so to at least being able to walk uphill without feeling like I'm having a heart attack! Everyone says I bought a clothes hanger. I hope not!

I've had cheaper treadmills that were 100% manual, so the LifeSpan is a treat! This thing is so automated that I may actually be able to build some stamina and maybe even lose a pound or two!

When it arrived, The 2 guys brought it on the deck. I figured I would unpack it and roll it into its final space. If I had sliding doors, that would have worked out perfectly for me, but I have French doors on my deck, and the treadmill was too big to roll through the door opening.

Plan B

I set it on it's side and...
