Kimberly A Stevenson: This hand held is great for small quick clean ups. It has a very small collection chamber which limits the amount you can use it until you have to empty it. I used it after driving across the US and back in 3 weeks and it got the surface dirt but did not do a great job with hair. I had to empty it often but I did not expect much from it. It charged easily and kept the charge to get the job done.

Mom Life: Would not charge…..had it plugged in for two days….nothing. Waste of money. Company no help telling me what I need to do. Two days later notified that my request has been denied…..WHAT. I am in process of trying to figure out thru Amazon what to do. Too much money to just waste. No time to mess around with this company. Buyers Beware. 100% would not recommend.
