CD: I have an outdoor couch with a lot of cushions. It was easy to spray on all the pillows. When some water got on it, it beaded up and rolled off.

Madlance: We use this to waterproof horse blankets for our horse blanket repair business. California was extremely wet this past year and our clients told us their horses were dry all season. Very good product. It wrecks O-rings in pumps sprayers though. You need to rinse and flush the sprayers after each session. If you store the product in the pump sprayer, it will start to ruin the O-rings. We love this stuff and our clients are very happy with the results..

lynn blasey: This is the second time I've bought this product for my tents - I waterproof every new tent I buy with this and so far, this purchase has waterproofed a small 3 person tent and a 10x12' tent that is tall enough to stand up in with enough left to do another small tent. One thing I always make sure to do is to turn my tents upside down to waterproof the bottom as well to help prevent a soggy mattress, bedding, and clothes.

Dallas Gamer Family: I have a very old 9x14 tent that has seen a lot of use on Cub Scout and Boy Scout trips.
After an unfortunate winter camp where the fly and walls ceased to be water resistant, I purchased this product.
I set up the tent in the yard, poured the solution into a hand held pump sprayer and applied.
It went on easy and and was clear where the solution had soaked into the fabric and where i had missed and could reapply.
The gallon was enough for me to fully apply to the whole tent and twice on the rain fly and door. I was pretty heavy handed with it, but I wanted to ensure that I stayed dry.
It does have quite a smell, so be sure to use a good mask and eye protection. You don't want to breathe it in or get any on you. Gloves are also recommended. Leave it to air dry and air out as long as you can get away with. I left mine out for 48 hours and could smell the chemicals traces when I used the tent a month later.
I did a water test on the tent after it was back up and it repelled the water quite nicely! And the little bit of rain we had on the most recent camping trip shed right off.

Vernon in West Vancouver: Treating all the Sunbrella fabric on my sailboat each year, or every other year, can be an expensive proposition, if you are purchasing "spray bottles" from your local chandler (anything "marine" is marked up 100%). I buy it in bulk, save myself $100CDN and transfer it into old spray bottles as needed. This product does what it claims to do, and what I want.
