It comes with two filters, two different sized pipe cleaners for the tubes, a sponge for cleaning as well as a cute mat! Everything comes apart for really easy cleaning which comes in handy with our long haired cat, and the black sponge around the pump will help to filter out some of his cat hair as well! My cat loves the flower topper, will probably get another one to put somewhere else in the house!

Update: the water hitting the metal is actually kind of loud I’m not going to lie but my cat still loves it!

Amazon Customer: I have 4 cats, 3 love it, 1 won’t even try it (even tho she loves to drink from the taps). You do have to keep a close eye on the filter to ensure it doesn’t get mouldy, and clean it / exchange the water about once every week or two. I wish the wall connection could unplug from the filter/device for easier water refill but that’s okay. If you don’t keep it well cleaned the metal starts to corrode.

Elizabeth G.: I’ve gone through several water fountains for my cats, and always have had issues with the noise level, motor, and cleanliness, despite me cleaning every few days. This brand doesn’t have any of those issues. It is quiet, easy to clean, and my cats love it. It is wide, which is good because I have a large ragdoll cat like takes up extra space and can be dog-like when he drinks. I like that it has an LED light, since it gives my cats a nightlight when they go for a drink of water in the middle of the night. The stainless still looks nice and I am very happy with this purchase. Would highly recommend.

D. Moore: I purchased this for 2 reasons, 1st, I am lazy and was tired of filling up the water dish everyday and 2nd, I was concerned my babies weren't getting the water they needed. This solved both problems with the much larger capacity for water and the cute little flower fountain head which all my babies love. It took them less than a week to become adjusted to the unit. I put down both the old and the new water dishes until I was sure everyone was drinking from the new dish. It's very quiet until the water runs low then it gurgles, not awful but a gentle reminder to add water. I love the red flashing light that indicates the water has gotten down to a minimum for operation. All in all, I would recommend this to any pet lovers household. The 4 stars is for the power cord which is a usb connector, kind of a pain.

Valium Surfer: Product was easy to put together and runs very quietly. Quite pleased with the unit although my cats are still getting used to it. Note, box did not come with a USB-to-outlet plug. Unexpected but the package and Amazon ad don’t mention it. Luckily I have a bunch of spares around the house. Requires one 5 volt adapter. I did find it odd that the pictures show accessories not included. For me this was the silicon mat and cleaning brushes. Later in the text they are not mentioned as part of the contents. Odd. Not a deal breaker for me. So long as the cats adapt, should be no problem.

J. Anderson: I had previously purchased a different pet fountain for our new kitten that turned out to be obnoxiously loud and needlessly difficult to take apart for cleaning. I bought this fountain hoping it would rectify those issues and I'm pleased to say that it is immensely better than the other fountain. This fountain is actually QUIET and the pump is barely audible over the sound of the water, which itself is almost silent. The unit pulls apart from the top down and is very easy to fill and maintain compared to the other fountain we tried. I also like that his fountain has a very visible water level indicator, whereas the other fountain you just had to eyeball the water level in the pan. Our new kitten, who is very noise sensitive, immediately approached this fountain and drank from it whereas he was completely frightened by the previous loud fountain. Here's hoping this fountain lasts a long time as it is a perfect solution for me.
