Amanda: I'm updating this review because the customer service has really been fantastic. The service is what I'm giving 5 stars though, not the product. We were unable to get a complete replacement system because they aren't manufacturing it anymore or are sold out so the company sent us a full refund. Thanks so much for making sure you have completely satisfied customers!

We tried working with the company to get replacement parts. They took forever to arrive but we waited. The thing still leaks. Ended up having to purchase one at the local hardware store (a different brand) because our water bill was so high from it leaking constantly

M. Lyles M. Lyles : We bought this kit and it seemed like a good value. Water comes out of the faucet and shower spot at the same time. This happens because the valve body is manufactured upside down. This causes the water pressure to divert upwards as the proper design would direct water through the faucet first and then through the shower head second. This process is reversed in the malfunctioned design. You have to install with the “up” arrow facing downward to get to work properly. After installing on a new construction, having plumber have to uninstall after the house was under contract and completed, was not my favorite thing to do. Cost $1,000 to diagnose and repair the problem. Do yourself a favor and buy another product. You can thank me later.

Disclosure: we have used several of these and not all of them have had this issue. It’s hit and miss. Fool me once…

Angel RiveraAngel Rivera: This is same look more expensive if your shopping at Home Depot. We love the different shower modes. Easy to set it to one shower head or you can have both running. The detachable head is great for clean the shower, giving our son a bath, etc. Love the matte black look. We will always look on Amazon before shopping at Home Depot.

Agnes Brown: We purchased this item when remodeling a bathroom in our house, this set gave us nothing but anxiety the instructions have no words just pictures and it doesn't say what size pipe fittings you need for anything we wound up not even being able to use the spout because the size adaptor from 1/2 in to 1/4 inch is impossible to find my husband went to 4 different stores looking for the piece. We wound up buying a whole new spout that doesn't match and different adaptors we spent a lot of money in plumbing parts to make this just work. We aren't very experienced when it comes to plumbing and we did have my brother in-law who is come and look at it to see what he recommended, this took us over a week to complete just because of the grieve the spout gave us, we wouldn't purchase this product again.

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: It's only been a few weeks since the this shower system was installed but I absolutely love it!! I can't review on the installation process as I had a contractor install it as part of my shower renovation but as for use, I extremely happy with this. It gives my shower a very luxurious feel with out being too expensive, the water pressure is great and can be adjusted so that's a plus. Both shower heads are quite large which is great and I love the 6 different settings. The handheld makes cleaning a breeze. I only have 2 complaints 1 I wish the water could get hotter (but that maybe a separate issue) 2 when I press the tab for the spout down water still come s out the shower head haven't quite figured out what I'm doing wrong. Other than that I'm very happy with this purchase. If your thinking about just get it!!! You won't regret it

Grammie: I tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt but they failed and I have a shower covered in plastic because I cannot finish the install and seal it without the parts I need.
First of all, the tub spout is not like normal ones. If you install their tub spout and something goes wrong, you will need to completely remove the wall to replace it. I chose to buy a different tub spout so I wouldn't have to do this.
Second, I had problems from the start with the shower head leaking (read this as spraying out of control everywhere). I was told to take a picture and they would send a new one. I didn't want to cover my bathroom in water TWICE so I declined to take a photo. Issue was not resolved.
Third, I cannot turn the handle to be fully opened before it gets too hot. They literally blamed me saying I didn't flush out my pipes before installing. Then they finally agreed to send a new cartridge. That was 3 weeks ago. I have a tracking number that shows nothing was ever shipped and now they won't respond.
In conclusion, I have to run a hot bath for my 4 year old and wait 30 minutes for it to cool down before I can put her in. I have a shower head that...

Bob fowler: Packaged really well comes with every thing you need apart from connectors for the regulator
Otherwise a great product do not use the the copper pipe for the tube spout it’s 1/4 inch will not work with 1/2 inch copper it causes water to come out the tub spout and shower head at the same time
