Armando Ramirez: Bought one 1year ago and got installed in my new basement shower. liked it enough that 1 year later when we remodeled our upstairs shower I wanted the same. Other systems can run you 2 or 3 times as much money and you wont get much more for your money. Even the box and the packaging is much nicer than you expect at this price point. Definetly give it a try.

Bonnie: Rain head and water controls work well an are of good quality (all metal-no plastic)
Other reviews noted H & C are reversed on faceplate and I share those thoughts as design uses bottom of control lever (vs top) to identify temperature

MikeMike: Just finished bathroom reno with this system in the mix. Contractor loved working with it, has installed it in a few jobs now.
Had an issue with buying ceiling kit instead of wall mount. Customer service was quick to help us, as main part of system was already installed behind the tile and sent us the correct head mount.

Love the look of the 12" rain head

Nadia W: -The set is great value as it seems well built and should last a life time.
-The diverter allows water flow from only the rain fall head or the wand, not both at the same time.
-The valve requires separate purchase and install of 4 npt fittings to connect either copper or pex. Because of this I would only suggest buying this if using pex as using copper was very difficult and time consuming as I didn't want to melt the Teflon tape.
-The wand doesn't have a swivel so I had to buy one separately to make it way more functional.
-If your wondering the rainfall shower head feels like a nice rain and not a blast of water jets.
-Overall nice set for the money (the packaging was amazing too)

RegWRegW: We wanted a durable combination rain shower head and shower wand, with a diverter valve and a pressure balanced main valve. Should be easy enough to find we thought. Nope! We looked through the local chain stores, the plumbing (contractor) suppliers and most of the one-off plumbing/bathroom design stores finding nothing that fit our criteria or budget. (Does anyone really need a gold-plated shower?!?) We came away empty handed and turned to on-line. It was a leap of faith purchasing this system, one that has paid off.
The system is very well packaged and protected. It arrived ahead of schedule and we were very pleased to see the quality of this product. At the time of ordering, we could not find a 6 inch ceiling mount settling for the 12 inch and sending the supplier a note requesting information about getting as 6 inch mount. They sent us one without charge! We had our complete system ahead of schedule.
