R Jordan: The quality and packaging were better than I imagined.
The rainfall shower head feel really nice when switching from traditional shower heads.
The controls are solid, and whenever you shut it off it's completely shut and switching between wand and shower head is also solid and it switches completely to whatever you use.

Overall, I'm happy with this purchase. If it weren't such a project to switch my other bathroom to this, I would do it without hesitation.

Jim Stevens: Although the system is not installed by our contractor yet, it became apparent that I bought the incorrect shower arm. My contractor said I would be more satisfied with a ceiling mount instead of a wall mount. SR Sun Rise responded promptly and gave me the link to purchase the correct arm. Amazon Customer: • Admittedly, I had reservations about purchasing this shower system based on previous experience with low quality foreign made plumbing fittings.
• Be assured this complete all metal shower system IS quality from the rough-in 4-port valve to the hand held wand. By complete, you will find spare parts (O-rings, set screws, etc.), pictured installation manual, pipe plugs, hex wrenches, screw anchors, teflon tape, and a pair of white gloves!
• Installation was straight forward until I dropped the rough-in valve base mounting bracket between the walls and out of sight! The only solution that came to mind was to request the SR Sun Rise seller to send a replacement. SR Sun Rise responded within 24 hrs. requesting specific part information and assurances they would send the proper replacement part. Cannot ask for better service! Fortunately I located an under shower drain access and retrieved the lost part. Lesson learned: SR Sun Rise IS customer service.
• To summarize, this is a quality product backed with prompt customer support all at a reasonable price.

Digitizer: We purchased this Square Rainfall Shower head with a hand held spray head, based on the positive reviews and the exceptional pricing. When we received it...... WOW, even better than we could have expected. This thing is built like a tank, and beautiful. This is the best looking shower combo we have ever seen, it puts all the kits we have looked at in all the major home improvement centers we have visited to shame! The price also put them to shame, $168 vs. $300 - $600, for the same type offering, give me a break!

Two things we took notice of in the reviews;
1.) The complaint of hammering pipes! So to head off that possible problem, we installed a 2-Pack of 1/2-Inch Straight Male Sweat Copper Water Hammer Arrestor. We installed these even though in the description it stats "The pressure balance valve has built-in two check valves to effectively eliminate water hammer noise." Better safe than sorry, and it's a $20 insurance policy!
2.) The reversed water temperature handle! The cold, when turning to the left, and hot, when turning to the right. We have always seen the reverse, in every situation, whether it be a Hotel or the simple one handle shower valve. Always turn...

VH: This system is beautiful, sturdy and solid. We bought 2 systems and both working well. The customer service at SR Sunrise was fantastic and very efficient. I originally contacted the seller via Amazon because I was missing the metal covers for the screw hole on the knob, for both shower systems. They informed me that the supplier said that they didn’t come with covers. Was disappointed with this because a family member bought the same system and theirs came with the covers. So I contacted SR Sunrise directly and Rito from customer service assured me that they do in fact have covers and will have them sent! He replied in less than 24 hours, was so helpful and I received the covers within 1 week.
Excellent customer service I would definitely recommend them!

Dive: Le produit est arrivé dans le délai prévue dans un bon emballage. La qualité visuelle du produit est excellente et la valve a été facile à installer en remplacement de la valve existante qui était défectueuse. Le système a bien fonctionné durant 3-4 mois mais ensuite la valve s'est mise à fuir chaque soir après les douches de sorte à accumuler très doucement de l'eau dans la cavité intérieure de la tête de douche jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit pleine (5-6 heures plus tard) et alors un déversement bruyant survient alors que la tête de douche rejette une partie de l'eau accumulée. Cette situation se produit pratiquement chaque soir. En plus de ce problème de fuite, la tête de douche est beaucoup plus bruyante que celle que j'ai remplacé dû à la grande cavité intérieure.

Aucun ajustement de la valve n'est possible et malgré un avis au vendeur, aucune réponse, solution ou remplacement n'a eu lieu. Je vais donc devoir encore une fois, changer de système ce qui me coutera un autre 1000$ avec le matériel et la main d'œuvre. Une compagnie responsable aurais au moins remplacé la valve fuyante. Je ne suis vraiment pas content de la qualité de ce produit...
