I get the photos sent right toy phone. I love that you have the option of purchasing plan for unlimited photos or just stick to the free 100 per month. Pictures are super clear daytime and great at night! Best money I invested! I have too many photos to post. I'm a female and not the savviest!

Ben W: The idea of this product is great, but it doesn’t live up to expectation. I have 3 cameras and none are working any longer after 1 year of use for 2, and a few weeks of use for the other. Two will not turn on and the other won’t send pictures to my phone. The most frustrating part is the customer service. I have never dealt with a company with such poor response. I do not usually leave reviews, but stay clear of this brand.

JonSJonS: This company SpyPoint are totally unresponsive-we are using this camera for doglost Hadith as volunteers and we are being charged monthly without the camera working at all or customer service responding at all. Have paid 4 months now subscription and not had the camera work for one second. Also wasting batteries etc…. This is extremely frustrating and at a loss to the camera help we needed and the money we have spent towards what should be a good cause. If the seller can come tact the company spypoint and ask them to respond to us perhaps we would get somewhere!

Jay T.Jay T.: Was not able to get it connect to LTE and there was a manufacturing issue on the battery compartment.
The battery springs we’re on both the positive and negative terminals.

I returned it, not sure if I’ll buy another.

RC Davis: Received the camera in late June and put the camera in service shortly after out on our farm property. Getting a good signal was a bit of a challenge so I also purchased the extended range antenna. All was working great after that and I was happy with the quality of the pictures, the ease of setup and enjoyed using their free app. Then on about 30 July I quit getting any communications or pictures from the camera. Retrieved the camera from the field and tried new batteries and have even tried a firmware update with no success. When I turn the switch on I get a short red light but then it simply goes dead. Not sure what to expect from their customer service but will give them a few days and then follow-up on this review.

Update: initial review was a two star based on above issues but I now have the camera running properly again after doing research on the SPYPOINT website and looking at comments from other users. I downloaded new firmware and once again installed new lithium batteries after wiping down all connections. Not sure what the real fix was but all is in order again.
