Jay W Vogt - Peoplesworth: My wife and I both had foot issues around the same time, and went to a talented body worker who had worked for years with elite athletes running the Boston Marathon. He changed the shoes we wore to fit the feet we have. And recommended these inserts for all of our shoes. We've been following that advice for years without any recurrence of our foot issues. Of course, that's our feet. Yours may be different. But this product has been a great "support" for our active lives for years.

LJM: My Dr recommended this insert after I broke my ankle and my cast was removed. I was then put in a tall boot for 6wks. They were out of my size (8) in the orthotic I needed so they told me to purchase this.
The tall boot is very painful and this insert has made my foot more comfortable. You just set it in the bottom. I did have to trim a couple of inches off the end (toes) but that’s no biggie.
I’ve only been using it a few days so I’m starting with 4 stars. We’ll see where I’m at after 6wks.
I wish they made something to help w/the rest of the boot on the inside as I hate this thing even though I know it’s keeping me safe!!

James Baum: These insoles were recommended by Dr at Foot and Ankle clinic. Only had these a couple days but definitely seem to help unload pressure off the ball of foot on both of my feet. So far it's been great pain relief. Have bought several different brands to include scholls and Superfeet. I have high arches. Superfeet helped but didn't relieve completely ball of feet pain. Scholls were a joke. These Spenco insoles far high arches have tremendously helped relieve the pain after dealing with this for 8 months. Glad I finally went to a foot Dr and he recommended these.

Jayme M Santiago: Excellent product. I use these as inserts in regular shoes to cycle and they stiffen up the shoe to prevent foot soreness and pain.
