When I put these on (Large) I wear women’s size 9 shoes and my feet are a bit wide, I thought they were too big around my feet but when I walked they were perfect. They are wider than the others and I wondered how they’d fit. Well! They are THE BEST PRODUCT EVER!!! I’ve suffered from PF for about 3 years, tried every product I could find and these are AMAZING!!! Not only do they offer arch support but my ankle feels great when I’m wearing these. They also fit over my bunionette offering more relief! They fit snugly inside shoes, the others never do, so they offer all day comfort. I highly recommend these, I’m going to order another pair!

UPDATE 2 of Sparthos Arch Compression Brace (SACB):
Bought the SACB for my husband to try and he loves them! He is flat footed and his work requires him to be on his feet most of the time. After using them, he felt a significant decrease in his foot pain.
He liked the SACB so much, he has purchased a for friends and employees that complained about foot pain. They too have mentioned that their feet feel so much better after a long days work. Great product!

UPDATE: I initially gave a 3 star review, not due to poor product quality, but for the way these cuffs fit MY feet. (see initial review below). Sparthos contacted me immediately to inquire how I felt about their product. They were quick to reply and remedy the situation. Although, not expecting it, they offered a full refund AND offered me advice on how to possibly wear them more comfortably for my smaller foot. AMAZING!
I have worn them and have found them very effective. I suffer from foot and leg pain when standing for even short periods of time, for example while cooking, and for the first time in a long time, I am not near tears after cooking.
