Victor Spoils: I mounted this attractive dispenser up under the counter in a convenient location. However, it is a major PITA to pull towels out without tearing them after putting in a fresh pack. The weight of a full pack makes it extremely difficult. With completely dry fingers, grasp firmly and pull them slowly, one fold at a time. As the pack decreases it gradually becomes easier. We usually just take a bunch from the top at the beginning and set them on the counter and take them from there. So, would I buy again? Maybe not. Probably not. I might get a countertop type, or a metal one. I don't recall ever having this problem with such towels in public lavatory environments. Maybe it's the texture of the bamboo.

HuskerTechGuy: This paper towel dispenser is well built and looks great. It's a bit lighter in color than the first four images, more like the last picture of it shown in the bathroom. Unfortunately, it stands a bit too high for our bathroom use and will need to be returned.
