This Universal Push-Paddle Hardwound Paper Towel Dispenser is the best in its class for commercial use. It is built to last with a high-quality design, and it has a large capacity to accommodate the needs of any business. Plus, you can count on the customer support team to provide you with any help you need. This dispenser is the perfect choice for any commercial setting.Yogi: This paper towel dispenser is very easy to install, feels well made and very easy to use. The large handle is especially easy to use. Because of the way it is designed you can use any part of your arm to push on the dispensing handle, which is very handy if your hand or fingers are dirty. Well worth the low price. The fancy automatic motion sensor models cost significantly more and you can be sure that over time they will require more maintenance and repairs and not last as long.

RobertRobert: So due to the covid-19 and being stuck in the house with four sons and a husband and everyone washing their hands constantly, we were going through paper towels like crazy....so my husband had the bright idea of handing one of these in our dinning room...It is super helpful and convenient and the paper towels last quite a while, (we did have to put a 3 pump be drying rule in place so the little ones don't go crazy with it). Along with the dispenser we bought the large box of refills and I will continue to purchase them.

M.N.: Best manual towel dispenser I can find. It is easy to use with either hands, uses big continuous towel rolls that last much longer compared to using multi-fold paper towels, feeds paper towel positively with every push, and is easily attached to any wall. I would suggest you find at least 1 stud to attach a long 1.5" or 2" screw to support this unit. The rest of the screws would need at least a medium-duty drywall anchor rated for 50 lbs or more. Sure, this thing does not weigh 50 lbs, but remember you may have people pushing down on it at various angles so don't be cheap with the anchors. Support it properly and it should provide years of reliable service.

dffswv: I just installed mine yesterday. Installation is very easy: 2 screws on for keyhole slots on back of cabinet. The sketches and instructions for putting in the towel rolls leave a little to be desired regarding exactly how to put the paper into the rollers, but the actual task is pretty intuitive and wasn't a problem. The issue for me was exactly where the paper should run in order to operate properly in the roller. I put it where I thought it should go and it worked fine. The instructions aren't specific about whether to put the paper over or under the second roller and you can't tell from the sketches, or at least I couldn't. But it's not a problem. The paper goes where it looks like it should.

R.M.: Not much to tell, which is a good thing. No cracks in the plastic, moving parts are working smoothly, etc.
I mounted the unit (used tapcons/concrete screws-into a cinder block wall) behind a slop sink in my basement shop.
Very handy having the paddle, when the hands are all greasy...can just use the forearm to dole out some pape, unit stays nice and clean.
I remember buying this through Amazon, in 2015, because Sams Club only had the hands free one (BTW get my bulk towel rolls for the dispenser from there).
I like simple, the only issue with this unit would be running out of paper towels...not having to mess around with changing batteries, which I assume the hands free models must use.
The only real con I would say is the key. You can not open the unit to change the towels without the key...so don't lose it. Some push button mechanism to pop it open with a key slot built into the plunger would have been maybe nicer.
I guess making it more complicated/more parts, means more things to break though (why I stayed away from hands-free models)
Overall I am very happy with this dispenser and hope to have it up on the wall for many more years
