Dave Barr: I liked the product until the batteries stopped working (24 months of use). Now I have to order a replacement battery which isn’t too expensive but costs $6. It’s a bummer but with that being said, the lights are pretty bright for a solar powered flood light system.

G. Ng: I purchased it and used it less than a year and then it died. I was very satisfied with the brightness and the features it came with. I checked all the settings and still not functioning as before, so I thought there should be a problem with the battery. I contacted the customer department and Claire, the customer representative, who walked me through the whole process of fixing the problem. Since there were limitations for them to ship me new battery and other things, but she just kept helping me to find the alternatives until I am fully satisfied. At the end, she helped me to get the almost full refund for my order. What a above and beyond customer service she has provided, I am very impressed and give her two thumbs up. tnaks: I have two of these solar floodlights. They are easy to install and lights up a wide area when on. Included are three mounts so that it can be mounted on a flat surface, 45 degree corner, or round pole. I've had some neighbors comment that they are impressed with how the lights come on and how bright they are when they walk past my house at night. Lights have a 2 year warranty. I had a problem develop on one of them after a year and a half and contacted the seller for possible warranty qualification. Natalie in the seller's customer support responded within a day and offered some suggestions to get the light working again. She was friendly, responsive and extremely customer oriented. After I tried her suggestions, she immediately arranged for a complete replacement light kit be sent to me at no cost to me. I have been very pleased with these lights, and especially their customer support.

Noel Carboni: I wanted several motion-sensitive lights for around our home, and worried a bit over which model to buy, as specifications are so often deceiving, but these SOLLA Dual-Head LED Solar Security lights seem like quality products, and are brighter than I expected.

All the installation hardware needed is in the box, and I found the pieces to fit together for both corner and flat mounts very well. You screw the mount "plate" to the wall, ideally under the eaves so the light assembly will be somewhat protected from the weather, then you slide the light assembly onto the plate. Very doable. You screw the solar panel base into e.g., the drip cap or fascia then angle the small panel toward where the sun will be most intense.

The wiring from the solar panel is about 8 to 10 feet long but seems a bit on the thin side and I wonder whether it and the plastic casing of the panel and its mount will hold up well being outdoors in the sun for more than a year or two. Also, I worry that the mini phone jack connector might corrode. Time will tell.

thubleau: I didn't know what to expect .But with the solar panel its always charged up , motion detection works fine , brightness is more than adequate for a small area and the fact that you can adjust all three lights separately makes this an easy choice .

Comes May, my wife walks out the back and asks i thought there was a light out here? me too .
So, I look up at the security light it's as dead as a doormat .
What is going on?
Well I will test the batteries and ask why the solar panel is not charging and if I can't find out why then I will be making a claim .
