Panic87Panic87: Honestly I’ve lost over 20lbs using this thing while training and just going to work it helps control the appetite believe it or not because of the pressure it applies on your stomach I wasn’t hungry till about an hour after taking it off. I think more men should try it if you are on the heavy side it’s worth the money

KeithKeith: First thing you notice when unpacking it is that it's heavy duty, like a wetsuit. You can feel the water weight sweating away after just a few minutes of wearing it, so I'll wear it the day before I work an event that I want to look a little more impressive for. It's snug but comfortable, and isn't hard to get on thanks to the zipper. I wear a medium/large shirt and the medium fit exactly how I hoped it would.

Sean JulioSean Julio: This is an excellent design with all of the different target pieces all in one. It’s comfortable and you don’t feel any itchiness or feel seams or velcro. It provides a good sweat during cardio and weights and the materials are sturdy and smell resistant. I purchased a size larger than I think I needed so I might just and size smaller buy it since my weight fluctuates anyways.

PLV from OHPLV from OH: The quality of this vest is superior to others I have purchased. The double stitching is strong at the seams, has an improved heavy duty zipper and the waist panels provide excellent stability and immediate core heat.

The waist panels are 9” wide and provide a lot of stability with a large hook & loop contact for a secure fit that does not slide or bunch up at the waistline like most belted vests. I’m 6’2” so the 29”+ length ensures I’m covered past my waist.

I wear it for all exercises and can feel the difference in the targeted core. Excellent product!! I will be buying more of these.
