SK123: I am somebody that suffers from never ending chronic migraines and body aches and I am finding this product to be extremely practical.
Not only the massage mechanism is great, the over all product itself is an excellent built quality and feels luxurious. I bought the grey version and I am very happy with it. The reason I am giving four stars instead of five, is because its mostly suited for neck and shoulder massage/pain relief, and for rest of the back, the point of contact isnt great. Only if I could afford their whole back and neck chair massager, I'd purchase that in a heartbeat, but so far, I am very satisfied with their neck massager.
And if you register the product on their website, you get a total of 3 years of warranty instead of just 1 year. This itself is worth the purchase.

Lee: This product is absolutely amazing, it would make a great gift as well. I bought this with incredibly low expectations, but this quite literally relieved so much of my shoulder and neck pain. I made my entire family used it and everyone liked it. First time I used it, my muscles were not used to getting touched so I felt sore afterwards but the relief in a few days was incredible. It stretched my shoulders and neck so well. After repetitive use, I wish the massager would be a little harder. This is a great product and you should definitely buy it. I’ve been using it nearly everyday and it still works just like when I first bought it. I feel like this product will last a long time!

History loving Granny: This was a replacement for another one I had for many years. It works to relax and soothe the aching and painful neck and shoulder muscles. Placed properly it is like a massage. I missed the one I had and found this one. I wasn't sure if it would be the same. It is as close as possible and helps immensely! Highly recommend it for the aching and pain we all sometimes have.

Viene programado para apagarse solo después de cierto tiempo, supongo que es para evitar sobrecalentarlo. La mejor opción para la tensión acumulada en cuello y hombros. Puedes aplicarlo tú mismo sin tener que tomar posturas incómodas. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Deb: I found this unit to be good for my back area but not the neck. I do find the on/off switch and other switched to be in a rather inconvenient spot. otherwise it's good.
