Big Redwood: The lock was easy to install, and the app is easy to use, and had all the features I needed. Timed pass codes, alerts, remote wifi administration (with wifi gateway sold separately, has Bluetooth admin without gateway). The finger print reader works, and is my preferred method. The batteries lasted us for 3-4 months, and are easy to change. We did, after nearly a year, have an issue with the lock. I contacted there support via email, and they were responsive and easy to work with, and rectified the problem.

Robel Belaineh: Good smart lock for the price. Installed it to the front (Main) door. I had couple of smart deadbolt with keypad that I got from Laws and Home Depot. As far as I can tell, this is the best one I’ve ever used for a while. Easy installation under circumstances and convenient especially if you have 4 or more family members living with. Fingerprint scanner was my main focus when seeking out for this device. Circle scanner to place your finger so you can have 360 degree fingerprint recognition unlike others smart lock where the fingerprint scanner hidden inside and less probability of being scanning your fingerprint and not fast enough to be able to sensed. Battery life seems to be good; I put mine best brand new battery, just don’t do mix up brands with another; Use same good brand battery during the time of the change as it needs. Good product material as well.
Hope this device will last longer than I anticipated; but it seems it will.

Mark Miller: I purchased this lock 2 years ago and loved it. I loved the fact that it auto-locked after a pre-set time, while it was slightly annoying when working outdoors and my door would auto-lock after a few minutes I appreciated never “forgetting” to lock the door. The locking part went out after 2 years (which I find reasonable) so I decided to get the same model, well the new model is not as reliable as the previous, it auto-locks %90 of the time and sometimes it “forgets” this is discouraging because that was the feature I liked the most and I can forget to lock the door for free.
Still nice, I like that this version has a physical key although I don’t use it (I use fingerprint).
This lock has more features than I will ever use and I feel that 2 years rigorous use (the main door I use all the time) is an acceptable amount of life expectancy, I just wish it was %100 reliable as previous version.

PalPal: I researched all the smart locks for my main door and I am using SMONET SMART DEADBOLT Door Lock for almost 2 years. The fingerprint reader and the auto lock are very accurate. My kids are very happy with this smart lock as they do not need to carry physical key all the time.
Nice to be able to create a pass code for visitors, and then delete the pass code when no longer needed.
But suddenly last week, it stopped working. I tried everything but did not work. then I contacted customer service and left the massage.
Winter from customer support called me same day to find out the problem even with time zone difference and help me out to identify the issue. The lock is malfunctioning.
I really want to use the SMONET Smart lock in future too.
I highly recommend this product.

isa chatanay: La fonction "passage mode" est pratique pour éviter que la serrure se ferme automatiquement quand on est à la maison, mais ce serait mieux si on pouvait l'activer/désactiver sur la serrure, plutôt que sur le téléphone (qu'il faut approcher de la porte).
Dommage de ne pas pouvoir mettre nous-même les codes qu'on veut (les codes fournis sont compliqués à retenir).
Ne prend qu'une empreinte (ce serait pratique de pouvoir en mettre 2, le pouce et l'index).
Dommage de ne pas pouvoir fermer manuellement la porte à l'aide du clavier. Il faut chaque fois sortir son téléphone pour enlever le "passage mode".

Mais je n'ai pas exploité toutes les fonctions, et pas lu entièrement la notice: pour savoir si ces choses sont possibles, bien lire tout.

Ma serrure est déficiente depuis le début sur l'alerte du niveau des batteries. A peine 2 semaines après l'installation, la serrure me disait "battery low, change it". Alors que sur mon aplli, elle était chargée à 90%. Donc l'alerte vocale n'est pas fiable.

Ce qui est bien: peut s'ouvrir avec clé, code, badge ou empreinte. Le choix de toutes ces options est très bien.

Probably the best customer service I have received. Even followed up a few weeks later to make sure there were no more outstanding issues. I have this installed at my front door. It has 5 ways to open the door which is key, fingerprint, E –key (this is a small IC card), phone app and pass code to open the door. I always like walk around neighbour and a smart lock is a good way to avoid taking one more thing. I am searching the feature and thinking about what it has.
