Turk Turkleton: The functionality of this product is undeniable. Works great, looks great. My issue is, and I’ve noticed this with a lot of matte black products, it seems that the manufacturers thing that they can cover up defects or dings made in the product with permanent marker. Newsflash: we can totally tell. One of mine came with obvious permanent marker applied to cover up a ding along the side. That’s definitely something I would try to do if I made the ding myself, but I wouldn’t expect that to be a solution for a manufacturer. You’re not fooling anybody, pal 😂
All that to say, if you happen to get one with out any sort of defect, they look great and work well.

David: You will be hard pressed to have better communication and customer service than this seller. Additionally, the door handle is of the highest quality, super heavy duty. I purchased it for a bathroom barn door and it worked perfect. They even threw in a barn door latch!
If your looking for a barn door handle, you can not go wrong with this one. Incredible price as well!
