Anne O'Farrell: The act charges through a USB which does not fit an Australia outlet hence I can’t charge the watch. I want my money back

Liz26: I bought this watch because of all the things that it can measure: heart rate, steps, blood pressure, temperature and especially oxygen saturation. I like the fact that I can check those on the spot, it works. I also appreciate the fact that I do not need another charger to keep, the charger is built in and I can read the actual messages that I receive. All are working well, unfortunately, it is not able to monitor pulse ox while sleeping. I would have loved to have the feature. I do not mind that it doesn't because I do not think they made that claim, what made me give it a one star is the fact that the charge does not last very long. 2-3 days. It does not give me a warning that the battery is low so I end up with a dead watch.
When charging, it does not vibrate to let you know it is connected, I have to tap it multiple times to make it light up to find out if it is indeed charging and it takes more than 1.5 hours to fully charge, which is longer than what they claim. The most disappointing of all is that there is moisture under the glass makin it hard to read the information. I do not swim, the times that the watch may have been wet is when I wear it when I...

Mama to 9: I love that this watch has so many functions. It tracks my blood pressure and registers within 5 points (lower) of my arm cuff.. I found in order to get a consistently accurate measurement the blood pressure should be measured with the smart watch using the following procedure: 1. Make sure wristband is not loose and is positioned properly. 2. If possible cover watch with sleeve or other cloth during reading to help block ambient light from reaching sensors. 3. Bend elbow and rest wrist with smart watch close to your heart level on your chest while in a comfortable upright seated position. Blood pressure tracking was the primary reason I chose this tracker, but it also tracks steps, distance, heart rate, oxygen saturation, sports (running, cycling, skipping rope, badminton, and table tennis), body temperature, and sleep duration and quality. The app is easy to install and use. I am not extremely tech savvy and was able to complete the set-up without the help of my young adult sons. I typically charge it for approximately an hour each day, during a time when I am not doing a lot of activity so I don't miss my steps. I also really like the notification...

I Sarah: I got the watch in a week up to Australia. It looks pretty and the bp results, temp are fairly similar to the medical equipments I have at home. I'm enjoying this watch, and think it's a good purchase.

Arman Wolfdragon: I have had this band for a week and today is the first time I am recharging it since the first time when I first got it per instructions.

The app was easy to download and worked perfect immediately. The functions all seem accurate except the BP seems off but that would be true of all of these using this method of measuring. The step counter is amazingly accurate. It won't count steps until one has walked steadily for maybe 5 minutes and then it counts the ones for those 5 minutes adding them into the count. It won't advance the count by shaking one's arm or walking around the house and it won't advance driving the car or hitting bumps.

I have had three much more expensive Garmins that would not function as well, were fragile, over counted steps (sometimes wildly), and could not measure heart rate, oxygen blood level, Blood pressure, or temperature. This is well worth the money. I banged it accidently on a door and it did not break. I had 3 garmins break that way before I gave up. Also the battery life on the garmins was dismal. Needed daily charge and that is a hassle.

The garmins did have some sophisticated online software but it was hacked...
