Sandy Pierce: I bought this over a year ago and would have given it five stars until recently. It works well, is not too big on my counter, and is easy to clean. Lately, though the juice does not come through the spout, it stays in the strainer. I have tried cleaning many times, and it works for a second but then still will not come through the spout. Have gotten good use out of it until now but expected it to last more than a year. Unless I can replace the strainer with a spout, I will have to buy a new juice.

Ama Zone: It is smooth and quiet, making me think it will probably last a long time. I've been using it for two seasons now juicing oranges from two different trees, one Valencia and one Washington Navel. When not using I keep it in its box on a shelf in the garage, but if you have adequte storage space in your cupboards, it is about 10.6 inches tall and 6.375 inches in diameter at the top and 6 inches in diameter at the base. It has a pouring spout which can be flipped open or closed. If you forget to flip it closed without a cup or bowl beneath the spout you will understand the 4 star instead of 5 star rating. I guess we could give the juicer 5 stars and give the operator (me) 4 stars. The cord is a bit more than 37 inches long which is perfect for me...wouldn't want it much shorter due to placement of receptacles and other appliances. Hope it lasts as long as did my 1939 Sunbeam Model 1 mixer with juicer attachment which gave up the ghost in 2020.

LH: I love fresh squeezed orange juice, and I wanted something that got more juice out of an orange than the manual juicer I had been using. Also, I liked that this could accomodate (according to the description) grapefruits too. I have used it twice now, three small oranges each time. Some splatter can go outside the range of the machine when you first press the cirtrus half down. For some reason, this machine trips the circuit on the outlet at my kitchen counter; plugging it into a surge protector power strip solved that, so far. This gets the most juice out of a citrus of any other method I've used, especially if you press/squeeze the citrus half against the juicer in different places, using the curve of your palm, until it has completely emptied the half of all juice and pulp. Since other reviews have said that the spout has broken off for them, I am being careful to not even touch it. The pulp that gathers in the top is still visibly juicy, so I pressed the pulp down with my fingertips to try to capture that juice too. MRAMRA: Love(d) it. We use it every day, and squeeze a lot of orange juice. It is a work horse, compact, pretty quiet, nice features and reasonably priced. And while generally very easy to clean, if you want to clean the spout well and remove the round black stopper, you need to pop out the spout from the bottom of the pulp container, and that's when the small plastic notch that holds the spout in place connected to the pulp container breaks. You have to be very gentle, but it is a weak spot. It doesn't always happen. First time, I just bought another machine because I loved it so much. Now, I thought I would see if I could just buy the part (new pulp container) since everything else was great and easy. One can buy the part, but when the price of the pulp container ($12.20) plus $7 shipping is almost as much as a new one $22, you may as well get a new machine with new everything. But if you are going to be buying new regularly (since I use it everyday), then maybe I need to try another brand. I would have been okay with $12.20 for the part (just over half the cost of a new machine); but $7 for shipping? This is a turn off. Amazon Customer: Received it quickly. But back bracket that holds spout in place was broken off. Only one side of each bracket, both sides, was in it. I ordered this one for my grandmother to replace hers that finally wore out. She has loads of lemons from her tree to juice. Disappointed.

Dec. 7, 2016 -- Within 2 days I received a new Juiceman from the seller. I have 30 days to return the defective one I received first. I have tried the new one and it works perfectly. THIS IS A GREAT SELLER AND A GREAT PRODUCT. Every once in a while, we all get a product that is defective. How the seller handles the problem is of the greatest importance. There was no questions / no problems / no hesitation. I sent them a message, they replied that a new one was shipping that day and sent me the return shipping label - at no cost to me. You can't beat that!!!! This is my second Juiceman (bought one couple years ago). I wore my first one out because our citrus trees produce so much that we freeze gallons!!!!
