Amazon Kunde: Sehr guter Safe! Massive schwere Tür, die trotzdem sehr weich schließt (kein klappern o.ä.) Einstellbarer Code 3 bis 8 stellig + optional ein zweiter Code, 2 mitgelieferte Schlüssel (optional kann man ihn auch immer damit öffnen) und Schrauben/Muttern, Innenboden gepolstert (rausnehmbar) Gummitasten, 3 farbige LEDs, Piepbestätigungston auch ausschaltbar. Für so einen kleinen Schubladensafe sehr gute/schwere Ausführung. Besonders gut gefällt mir das sehr leichtgängige, sanfte und leise öffnen/schließen der Tür, der Knauf wird danach einfach nur 1/4 gedreht und der Safe ist wieder verrigelt. Für etwa 45€ ein extrem gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, würde ihn auf jedenfall wieder kaufen!

alex_melodymaker: This is a solid, decently-weighted safe that I installed vertically and out of view in my closet wall along a stud. I also upgraded the fastening hardware by acquiring some longer, sturdier hex lug screws that drove deeper into the studs. The safe isn't going anywhere unless one were to cut the drywall around it and saw off the portion of stud that's attached to it. I don't see that happening.

Pros

It's small enough where it can be fit inconspicuously behind other items in my closet, so unless you know where to look at you're most-likely not going to find it.

Cons

As others have already stated here, the internal portion of the safe's door takes up a considerable amount of interior space. When the safe is open it would seem that there is a lot of room to place items inside it; yet, in reality the available depth of the interior compartment is reduced by half once the door is closed. So there's enough room for flat and smaller items (e.g. folded documents/envelopes, cash, passport, credit cards, small jewelry etc), but nothing more than this.

I went through the trouble of installing this safe and it does the job. But I wouldn't buy it again with...

AlessandroAlessandro: Era da qualche mese che l'avevo nel carrello e aspettavo il momento giusto per acquistarla, magari un po' in sconto e finalmente è capitata l'occasione con gli sconti del prime di autunno.
È molto meglio del previsto, bella solida e abbastanza pesante, lo spazio disponibile è poco ma già lo sapevo dalle recensioni però per banconote, portafogli gioielli va più che bene.
Possibilità di aprirla con la chiave nel caso si esauriscono le 4 pile AA che servono, possibilità di resettare in qualsiasi momento la password, possibilita di fissarla al cassetto avendo i fori e le viti in dotazione.
In merito a questa tipologia di prodotti avevo acquistato in passato la cassetta di sicurezza sempre marchiata Amazon che è fatta proprio come una cassetta e pur essendo un buon prodotto non può competere con questa a qualità dei materiali, pertanto per la poca differenza di prezzo consiglierei sempre questa anche perché entrambe hanno misure molto simili e sono cassette di sicurezza da armadi/cassetti.
Ovviamente, ma questo è palese, non può sostituire (ma nemmeno vuole) una vera cassaforte da muro, anzi, però può tranquillamente essere lo step precedente, in cui si...

a viewer: This drawer safe, like all similar safes, is really more of a security box than a real safe. That can also be said for safes many times more expensive, though. A burglar could take the whole safe and open it later. It includes bolts for fastening to the drawer bottom, but in most cases the entire drawer could be taken, so I probably won't even use those. For what it is, it seems sturdy and serves its purpose. It's also very easy to use. I bought it because a family member has the slightly larger model and is pleased with it.

The lock has been updated so that it's more difficult to pick and the batteries seem secure. It's easy to reset the number code and the master code, which is a second number code for opening the safe. Set your code by pressing the reset button beside the batteries and enter three to eight numerals, then the # key. To reset the master or second code, press 0 twice, then the reset button, then the other code you want and the # key. It might come with a preset master code so be sure to enter two new codes of your own.

Kelub: The AmazonBasics security safe deserves a 3.5 to 3.75 star rating, but of course partial stars cannot be awarded; normally I'd round up, but in this case, 3 stars is appropriate. Here's why.

First, the pros.
- It's heavy and the walls are very thick.
- The number pad is easy to use, and each number depress emits a clearly audible beep.
- The bolts are thick and provide a satisfying "thunk" when unlocking/locking the safe.
- The key hole for bypassing the numeric keypad is "hidden" by a removable plastic plate, which is more aesthetic than anything.

Now the cons.
- The housing for the keypad, lock disengage, and batteries are all on the underbelly of the lid, which is exceptionally thick. Coupled with the fact that the lid is inset into the exterior of the safe, this significantly reduces the total space available inside the safe. Basically: an 8in x 4.5in area in the middle of the safe will only provide about 1in of depth inside the safe, as the lid housing is around 2in thick. There's areas on the edges of the safe where taller items can fit, but they can't be very large overall.
- The safe lid is, overall, pretty heavy, and has no pneumatic...
