Amazon Customer: This smoothie recipe book is amazing! We make different smoothies almost every day. All of the ingredients are easy to find at the grocery store. I love it that every recipe has the calorie content. It also specifies what the smoothie is good for. So glad I got this!

Amazon Customer: If you are really into buying lots of indregients for smoothies this is for you however I wanted something easier with foods in my local supermarket and that wasn't this book. It also recommends adding water or milk to smoothies that are too thick this just diluted the fruity flavours and the milk in fruity smoothies were not great. I added fresh fruit juice and this was much nicer.

OmaNat: I got tired of trying to follow recipes on my phone/Pinterest. These recipes are divided by ingredient, which is great if you have things to use up, but not so great if you are looking for a specific recipe.
I really love the charts in the front: minimum/maximum amounts to use, superfood combos that work well together, and the substitutions and conversion charts in the back.
I love that these are all dairy free, gluten free, refined sugar free, vegan, and plant based whole foods. There are recipes for homemade yogurt and kefir using coconut milk and probiotic powder - yay! No commercial protein powders used here.
Superfoods in this book:
Berries
Bananas
Nuts & seeds
Dark leafy greens
Yogurt & kefir
Avocado
Beets
Oats
Super boosts:
Cinnamon
Cocoa/cacao
Ginger
Turmeric
Green tea & matcha
Pomegranate & açaí
Chia seeds
So, these are all great, but I was also expecting other superfoods and super berries like maca, maqui, micro greens, quinoa, etc. I will keep it and try to incorporate in more of those as well.
