Tamblyn: This garment works extremely well and after the first or second time of putting it on you will totally get the hang of it I start by putting the stomach portion on first then I sit down and do the thigh portion my only drawback on this and this is the only reason why I gave it four stars is that the material that the velcro sticks to is not as good as other neoprene garments it makes a lot of fuzz after you take the velcro off. But other than that if you want to tight stomach this thing is going to give you the tightest stomach ever you want thin thighs here you go it's all there for you it works great and I do like it I wish I could give it five stars but my feeling about the material is that it's going to fray and eventually become less effective but I could be wrong!

I was sent stale chips!: I bought these with the intention of wanting to use all the pieces. The arm pieces were WAY too small. They literally could only fit below my elbow. The waist would go on me but would bust open with certain exercises. The leg portion was the only part that fit perfectly. It was just too awkward and I’ll fitting to keep so I had to return it.

TBT: I can’t fault this! I wore it to the gym im a size 22 Uk and I brought the 6-7xl just in case. Fits perfectly alters to make it tighter or looser. It will make you sweat like crazy however the support it gives just tops it all. I’ve never felt so supported in my knees and stomach at the gym until I started wearing this. It really takes off the pressure especially when doing sit ups and running. Will be purchasing again as I lose weight, however this is highly adjustable so it shouldn’t need replacing for a while!

EmpressEmpress: Was not sure at first about what size to chose but ok glad I made the right size choice. Fits perfectly and could feel the sweat after a few minutes of wearing. Can’t wait to use this tomorrow in the gym.
