Pinkdolphin999: This oil tastes like pine nuts as I had hoped. It’s not strong or bitter, it’s subtle and and delicious. I purchased it because I had heard it has great digestive benefits. I don’t think I’ve taken it long enough to notice effects in digestion but I like putting it on salads. If I notice a difference in my digestion I’ll buy it again, otherwise I may not because it is pricey.

DOUBL A RON: I have been consuming 1 teaspoon daily upon reading its medical benefits for over a year. I had been waking up about an hour into sleep due to acid reflux. Usually would take 1 or more tums but wanted to prevent the problem so I wouldn’t wake up - in a natural and healthy way. This did it. I notice when I forget to take it as I’m back to waking up and taking tums to get back to sleep.

Let me begin by saying I am an extreme case and a natural skeptic, after belching most all day every day and having acid re-flux and ulcer pain I was ready to head to the ER it had gotten so bad. I had the blandest diet of all time, even drinking water made me burp. It had gotten sooo bad that one day I was desperate and found out about this oil and began researching. I had been taking PPI's (Nexium and Prilosec) for years and then had recently learned of the kidney disease and failure epidemic associated with the long term use of these drugs. Kidney disease runs in the family DNA so don’t...
