Greg: I am still experimenting with different dishes to use this. But so far, it has added just the right kick and flavor to many things. I am older so I still make meatloaf and it comes out great. Works well with burritos and tacos. Adds great flavor to eggs as well.

Ellie A.: I am not a person who can handle VERY hot/spicy foods, HOWEVER, this stuff has a wonderful, slightly crunchy texture and, for me, it has just the right amount of kick without killing my tastebuds.
I hate not being able to taste the rest of my meal due to something being too hot.
But this stuff? Hey- eat it on eggs, ramen, rice, pop it into a salad, or a sandwich- YES, that's right- that's what I said- a sandwich!
It's the perfect condiment for someone who must be careful due to a sensitive palate and a sensitive stomach- but who loves chili oil condiments. This has just the right amount of heat without being overpowering.
I'm glad I ordered two. I intend to order more before my doubled order runs out.
